To keep it short and sweet: I’m a stay at home mom, your average Mormon girl, with a twist of tree hugger thrown in the mix. I’m a vegan and I love to cook and bake. Whether you’re a fellow herbivore or a meatatarian like my husband, I can win your heart through your stomach. I’m wife to my Sweet Baboo hubby of four years, and mama to an energetic little boy and two girls that keep me on my toes. We’re now expecting and the newest bundle of energy is scheduled to arrive in 2012 – on my birthday!

My blog is an online journal that I update on a not-so-regular [unfortunately] basis. I try to update every weekday but sometimes life gets in the way and it doesn’t happen – that, however, has been happening regularly since the beginning of my bloggish existence in 2003.

I have many hobbies, including but not limited to: photography, reading, sewing, writing, scrapbooking, singing, baking and cooking, blogging, decorating, hiking, and my most recent additions – embroidery, genealogy, and knitting!

my camera:

I try to pick up my camera [a Nikon D60] as often as possible and I love being able to document our life together as a family. In order to share my obsession, in 2007 my blog was moved and morphed into a place I could share my photos with family and friends. It was an easy way to keep them up to date with our comings and goings, complete with photos of the kiddos who were growing like weeds.
